I started making my sodium free taco seasoning for my dad 20 years ago after he had a heart attack and needed a low sodium diet. I had no idea that one small packet of seasoning contained almost 3.000mg of sodium! It also contained cornstarch. I wanted something clean So I made it.

I started making my sodium free taco seasoning for my dad 20 years ago after he had a heart attack and needed a low sodium diet. I had no idea that one small packet of seasoning contained almost 3.000mg of sodium! It also contained cornstarch. I wanted something clean So I made it.
I started making my lip balm for my son with special needs. He has a feeding tube and his lips get so dry, especially in the winter months. Other lip balms didn’t do the job, plus they contain so many added chemicals that we just don’t need. From there, it blossomed into products many can use. Clean products from my home to yours!

My products don’t have ingredient labels. The hand scrubs are sugar based. The balms contain raw shea butter, coconut oil, avocado oil, sweet almond oil, vitamin E oil, and essential oils.
The taco seasoning contains only spices.
