My taco seasoning is pure spices and nothing else!

I began creating my own sodium-free taco seasoning more than 20 years ago, after my father had a heart attack and needed to follow a low-sodium diet. I was shocked to learn that a single store-bought packet of seasoning contained nearly 3,000 mg of sodium—plus unnecessary fillers like cornstarch. I wanted a cleaner, healthier option, so I
I began creating my own sodium-free taco seasoning more than 20 years ago, after my father had a heart attack and needed to follow a low-sodium diet. I was shocked to learn that a single store-bought packet of seasoning contained nearly 3,000 mg of sodium—plus unnecessary fillers like cornstarch. I wanted a cleaner, healthier option, so I developed my own blend.
Later, I formulated a gentle lip balm for my son with special needs. Because he uses a feeding tube, his lips become extremely dry—especially in the winter—and commercial balms simply didn’t work. They were also full of ingredients we didn’t want.
What began as small, personal solutions has grown into a line of clean, simple products that anyone can enjoy. From my home to yours, these products are made with care, transparency, and a commitment to better ingredients.
